At SBS, we truly believe that when people achieve their financial goals, their whānau and communities flourish as a result. **To help us with this, we are searching for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team based at Head Office in Invercargill on a fixed term basis.** **What you'll be busy with:** As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in delivering SBS Bank's change agenda. You'll work closely with business and technology teams to investigate business needs, define problems, and translate requirements into clear documentation and solution designs. Acting as a trusted intermediary, you'll help drive positive, customer‑focused change across the organisation. **Key Responsibilities include:** * Gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements * Identifying process and system improvement opportunities * Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation * Supporting system testing and documenting business processes **What you'll bring:** * Proven Business Analyst experience delivering technical and non-technical digital projects and work programmes * Good experience in technology and/or data analysis * Knowledge of software development systems/processes/methodologies * Experience managing stakeholders and facilitating collaboration across teams * Ability to translate complex technical information to plain English and articulate this to stakeholders at all levels * Strong analytical, interpretation, problem solving and research skills This role is full time, 37.5 hours a week, worked Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm and is fixed term for up to 24 months to support our exhilarating transformation journey. **About Us:** We're on an exhilarating growth journey, and we need exceptional individuals who are ready to embrace our ambitious goals.
