We’ve got an exciting Administrator role in our Gas Metering team just for you! Some of your key accountabilities will include: Ordering the major items of materials and equipment for projects. Processing debtor and creditor invoices, purchase orders etc Interacting with clients regarding service work required Entering data for metering contracts and projects Maintaining contract folders and filing of documents Assisting the Metering Coordinator, Planners and Supervisors with the creation of job packs Assisting with daily work scheduling for field staff. Providing backup support to coordinator/planners as required. Providing administrative and process training to field staff. Qualifications and Skills A thorough understanding of and competence in relevant software and database programmes, e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint Experience in data entry systems (i.e. CODEX/SAP) preferred Effective verbal & written communication skills Ability to work in a team environment and interact with a diverse group of people. Excellent time management, prioritisation and multitasking skills with ability to adapt to changing priorities. Attention to detail with a professional approach. Who are we?
