In this meaningful role, you'll work alongside passionate and professional teams to support individuals in building community connections and achieving their personal well-being goals. You'll contribute to daily recovery-focused activities, drawing on client strengths and using best-practice interventions and rehabilitation strategies. Your support will help Tangata Whai Ora with communication, behaviour, and daily living tasks, all guided by their individual goal plans. Our service operates 24/7.
