He korero mo te turanga | The Role Join our passionate team at a 9-bed housing and recovery service with a planned respite service. You'll work alongside tangata whaiora, supporting them to reconnect with their communities, live independently, and achieve their goals. We have one casual role available, we operate on a 24/7 roster (Monday-Sunday). Duties of the role could include, not limited to: * Support tangata whaiora with mental and physical health appointments and whanau connections. * Aid in transitions to independent living within the community. * Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. * Ensure accurate documentation and participate in team meetings. He korero mou | About You We are looking for individuals who are resilient, solution-focused, naturally energetic, and passionate about trying new things. You should have a genuine interest in supporting people to achieve their goals, learn new skills, and build meaningful community connections. To be successful in this role, you will need: * NZ Certificate in Health and Wellbeing (Level 4) or equivalent. * Experience with recovery-focused approaches and managing challenging behaviours. * Strong boundaries and a commitment to recovery values. * A full NZ driver's licence.
