Qube is looking for a Software Business Analyst to join our Product Development team in Tauranga. This is a strategic opportunity for someone ready to step into a role that connects business needs with smart scalable software solutions.\r\n\r\n**Location:** Tauranga New Zealand\r\n\r\n**Status:** Full-time position working Monday to Friday\r\n\r\n**Your job duties would be:**\r\n\r\n* Partner with stakeholders to understand operational challenges and identify digital solutions\r\n* Translate business needs into clear actionable software requirements\r\n* Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions to gather insights\r\n* Develop user stories process flows and use cases\r\n* Documenting all relevant business and software processes to support transparency traceability centralised storage and future reference\r\n* Collaborating with the QPNZ training department and Software Tester to develop effective training materials for end users\r\n* Work closely with developers and testers to ensure accurate implementation\r\n* Support Agile practices including sprint planning and UAT\r\n* Prioritise features and enhancements based on business value\r\n* Apply domain knowledge in port logistics including stevedoring marshalling warehousing and transport\r\n* Ensure compliance with operational and regulatory standards\r\n\r\n**You will need to:**\r\n\r\n* Hold a degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field\r\n* Have 3–5 years’ experience in business analysis within logistics agriculture transport or supply chain\r\n* Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent certification\r\n* Experience with ERP or logistics management systems\r\n* Understand software architecture and API integrations\r\n* Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams\r\n* Be proactive analytical and detail-oriented\r\n* Be willing to travel to other port and business locations as needed\r\n\r\n**What we can offer you:**\r\n\r\n* Very competitive remuneration\r\n* A collaborative and forward-thinking team\r\n* Full cover health insurance\r\n* The chance to shape digital solutions in a leading logistics environment\r\n\r\n**Why QUBE?**\r\n\r\nQube recognises the value of an inclusive and diverse work environment.
