If you're safety-focused, flexible with your schedule, and ready to work across a variety of shifts, we want to hear from you! **What You'll Be Doing:** * Managing traffic flow around work sites * Ensuring public and worker safety * Setting up and packing down traffic management equipment * Working closely with site teams to maintain smooth operations **Requirements:** * Full Class 1 Driver's License (essential) * Valid TC Ticket (Traffic Controller certification) * Minimum 1 year experience as a Traffic Controller * Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic * Available for on-call work and evening shifts * Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions * Able to pass a drug and alcohol test * Clean MOJ (Ministry of Justice) record * Legally entitled to work in New Zealand * Strong communication and teamwork skills **What's in it for you:** * Consistent hours: Minimum 20 hours/week, up to 45 hours/week depending on workload * Opportunity for growth: As work ramps up, there's potential to take on more responsibility * Temp-to-perm pathway: Several of our team members have already transitioned into permanent roles * Immediate start available **Location:** Auckland **Employment Type:** Casual / On-call **Start Date:** ASAP **Ready to apply?** Apply following the link or send your CV to akltrades@awf.co.nz
