This role is ideal for hands on manufacturing professionals who are passionate about training, mentoring, and developing others in modern production environments. The Role Based primarily at a training facility, with occasional sessions on site at a partner manufacturing operation, you will deliver both practical and theoretical training to students preparing for careers in manufacturing. Training will be aligned with industry standards and real-world factory operations. Key Responsibilities * Deliver structured training on automated and semi-automated machinery * Train on production line workflows, quality control, safety, and basic maintenance * Facilitate classroom instruction and hands on practical training * Assess student competencies and provide constructive feedback * Collaborate with academic staff and industry supervisors * Maintain accurate training records and progress reports * Support students transitioning into internships or employment Candidate Requirements * Minimum three years' experience in a manufacturing, FMCG, or Food and Beverage environment * Previous leadership, supervisory, or team leading experience * Experience training, mentoring, or supervising operators or staff * Strong understanding of factory operations, automation, and safety standards * Excellent communication skills with a positive and adaptable attitude * Experience working with Islander communities, or a strong cultural understanding, is highly advantageous * Workplace training and assessment certification such as TAE40122 or equivalent is desirable What's Included * Return flights from the candidate's current location and Visa Costs * Furnished accommodation in Fiji * Vehicle provided for the duration of the contract * Health insurance while in Fiji * Competitive salary and daily allowance Additional Information * Candidates will be employed directly by the end client If you're an experienced operator or trainer looking for a unique international opportunity to share your skills and make a meaningful impact, we would love to hear from you.
