He angitutanga | The Opportunity We're looking for a confident and service-driven Lounge Supervisor to join our team at the Emirates Lounge in Auckland International Airport. You'll lead a team that delivers exceptional food, beverage, and customer service, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and luxurious pre-flight experience. The successful candidate MUST be able to work during weekends. Ko o kawenga | Your Responsibilities * Supervise daily lounge operations, allocate tasks, and support team performance. * Deliver transformational customer service that reflects the Emirates brand. * Oversee food and beverage service, including alcohol service and dietary requirements. * Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic lounge environment to premium standards. * Support rostering, stock control, and team training in collaboration with the Lounge Manager. He korero mou | About You * A natural leader with strong communication skills and a passion for premium hospitality. * Previous experience in a similar supervisory or lounge role. * Holds a General Manager's Certificate (Liquor Service) and can obtain AVSEC clearance. * Physically fit, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. * Flexible, proactive, and committed to delivering excellence every day.
