Technics SL-B303 - Japanese belt-drive turntable

For sale is a classic Japanese-built Technics SL-B303 turntable…. The deck features a 304mm aluminium alloy diecast platter, electronic speed switching and the platter is driven by a full cycle detection FG servo system with DC motor. It is fully automatic, so just set the record size, push the "Start" switch and it will automatically move the tonearm and start the record. At the end of play, the tonearm returns to its resting post and the turntable turns off….no more wrecking your needle if you fall asleep listening to music! The detection mechanism and the internal mechanism built into the turntable automatically detect the presence and size of the record, and automatically control the tone arm. The static balanced tonearm features a detachable headshell and the drive system specs out at 0.045% wow and flutter, which is excellent stats, even by today’s standards. This example is full working condition, and sounds great too! The dust cover is original but the hinges have been replaced and there’s some minor cracks/blemishes. It comes with a copy of the user manual, and a Technics EPC-U25 cartridge / stylus…so it’s all ready to spin!
