Heavy Machine Operators Required – Civil & Infrastructure Projects We are looking for experienced Heavy Machine Operators to join our team on a range of long-term civil and infrastructure projects. If you’re confident on the controls, can operate efficiently, safety-focused, and committed to producing quality work, we want to hear from you. What’s on Offer: - Top hourly rates + 8% Annual Leave, KiwiSaver, and weekly pay - Ongoing, long-term work across multiple sites - Plenty of hours available each week - Supportive team culture and strong on-site leadership - Opportunities to upskill across various plant and machinery Requirements: - Proven experience operating a range of heavy machinery such as: Excavators (1.5T–20T), Loaders, Rollers, Graders, Bulldozers, Dump Trucks - Strong knowledge of Civil tasks including: trenching, pipe laying, bulk earthworks, cut-to-fill, site preparation - Confident in loading trucks safely and efficiently - Ability to follow plans and work unsupervised when required - Solid understanding of Health & Safety and site procedures - Class 1 License and reliable transport - Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player - Physically fit with a solid work ethic Preferred but Not Essential: - Current Class 2–4 licence - WTR endorsements - GPS machine control experience Only applicants currently based in New Zealand will be considered. All successful candidates must pass a pre employment drug and alcohol screening.
