About the Role We are seeking an experienced Digger Operator to join a busy civil and infrastructure team working on industrial subdivisions, slip repairs, retaining walls, drainage installations, roading upgrades and general earthworks. Based in Silverdale, you will operate machinery ranging from 1.5T to 30T and support site operations with precision and professionalism. You will be supported by senior staff to build leadership capability, learn project delivery processes and gradually take ownership of daily site activities.
