




Job Description Be part of a growing civil construction team delivering high quality earthworks, drainage and structural projects across Auckland's northern region. About the Role We are seeking an experienced Digger Operator to join a busy civil and infrastructure team working on industrial subdivisions, slip repairs, retaining walls, drainage installations, roading upgrades and general earthworks. Based in Silverdale, you will operate machinery ranging from 1.5T to 30T and support site operations with precision and professionalism. What makes this role stand out is the clear pathway into Site Management. You will be supported by senior staff to build leadership capability, learn project delivery processes and gradually take ownership of daily site activities.
