The role We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join the People & Culture team of a well-known, family owned business to take responsibility of their weekly payroll function of around 500 employees. What is in it for you * $33-$39 per hour * 24 hour week (Monday - Wednesday) * Potential for the role to go full-time in the future * Join a company that truly values, really looks after & backs their employees for success.  What you will be doing * Preparing & processing weekly payroll for around 500 employees * Maintaining and updating employee records * Liaising with internal stakeholders and hold them accountable to ensure payroll process runs smoothly * Using HRIS & Payroll system whilst making sure any compliance & legal obligations are followed. * Support wider People & Culture team when needed and may have the opportunity to be involved with some project work. What we need from you * 2 + years of previous payroll experience, ideally 200+ employees  * Good Excel knowledge  * Understanding of relevant legislation * Strong attention to detail with complete accuracy is a must. * Great open communications skills are vital - being able to build relationships with a range of stakeholders, often in different locations throughout the country is key to success.  * Ability to handle the pressure of deadlines and being able to work autonomously.  Apply now or get in contact with Ash to find out more.
