We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our lovely 3-bedroom villa in Parnell. Our current amazing flatmate is off to Australia, so one furnished room is up for grabs. About the House - Classic villa with 3 bedrooms - 2 toilets, 1 shower - Off-street parking available, but no dedicated car park — you’ll need a residents’ coupon if you park on the street -5-minute walk to Parnell Train Station - 2-minute walk to the bus stop into the CBD - The Auckland Domain is literally our backyard - Steps from Parnell’s restaurants, cafés and bars The Room - Fully furnished: bed, drawers, hangers - $290 per week - Bills average $20–$40 per week (season dependent) - Bond: $840 Who You’ll Live With - Two mid-30s media professionals - One large, extremely chill bullmastiff who believes she owns the house and offers unlimited cuddles The Vibe We’re friendly, busy people who enjoy sharing dinner now and then, shooting a bit of pool, and working from home on occasion.
