Northcote Point Studio We are looking for a new flatmate for our 1 bedroom studio its fully furnished and located on the lower level of our family home. It has its own entrance separate to the house and was only renovated a couple years ago so everything is nice and new including bathroom with shower/toiler. We are a young family so looking for someone friendly and relaxed, we have 2 small dogs so must be pet friendly. Laundry space is shared. Large heated swimming pool is great in the summer!
