On the lookout for a new flatmate to move into a cute little room (2.0 x 3.3m) which comes with a mini built-in wardrobe. Room is cosy and gets plenty sunlight. The weekly rent is $160 including expenses. Move in cost is 2 weeks bond 1 week advance. Room comes with a single bed and mattress. The flat is close to Sylvia park mall and supermarkets, all within 10 minutes walking distance. We are a friendly and respectful bunch who are usually busy during the week but do enjoy hanging out together on some weekends or having dinners. Looking for someone likeminded, sociable, and fits in well with us. We have a Staffy who stays indoors with us. He's energetic but also loves attention, so being a dog lover is definitely a plus!
