Sunny room with big windows and spacious built-in wardrobe. The house has a sunny deck in front and a BBQ deck with cover in the back. You will share a bathroom and toilet with two current tidy flatmates. We are all working full-time. Suites both professional working people, working holiday visa and students. Non-smoker and no pets, please. Move-in cost: 2 weeks bond and 1 week rent in advance = $735. The price includes unlimited internet, toilet paper, water and electricity bills.
