I am looking for two flatmates to rent a room each in my house. The house is a spacious double storey fully furnished new build with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, two lounges and a large deck and garden area for relaxing. It is located at the end of a quiet peaceful cul-de-sac. Both rooms come fully furnished and have a heat pump/air conditioner. One room has its own ensuite and the other has its own separate bathroom. Extra storage is available in the double garage. Car parking is available on site. The house is located in Half Moon Bay and is a short walk to local bus routes and transport. Pak n Save, Wooolworths, shopping and Half Moon Bay Marina are all within walking distance. My ideal flatmates would be respectful and tidy. No smoking and no pets please. Rent per person is $250/w inclusive of water and internet. Electricity bills will be shared between the three of us.
