Looking for a place that feels like home? We have a room available in our 7-bedroom, double-storey house located in a quiet corner of Grafton. This room is similar to a studio, but has the advantage of a large communal kitchen and living area. It offers an ensuite, and fridge/ microwave. It has its own entrance to garden and street. The room comes furnished with double bed, desk, chair, built-in wardrobe and bedside table. About the House: Spacious living room, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Small deck and large backyard, great for summer barbecues (whenever Auckland weather behaves!). Shared flat with 6 others, a mix of backgrounds (mid-20s to mid-30s). We’re a friendly bunch who respect privacy but enjoy a good laugh and some quality time together. We occasionally get together for flat dinners, card games, and a few drinks—food themes inspired by our diverse crew! Ideal Flatmate: We’re looking for a young professional (past tenants have included nurses, engineers, chefs, baristas, and PhD students). Someone who is clean, tidy, and respectful. Apologies, we are not allowed to take pets in the house or smoke. Location Perks: Situated in a quiet residential part of Grafton, only a short walk to Auckland Hospital, University of Auckland campuses, Newmarket mall, K-Road, Mount Eden, and Eden Terrace.
