Glendene, 3 bedrooms

I have a Medium sized room to rent in my clean and tidy 3-Bedroom house. Rent Includes...POWER,FIBRE MAX UNLIMTED INTERNET, WATER,WASHING POWDER,CLEANING PRODUCTS, POO POO PAPER (Toilet Paper lol) THE ONLY EXTRA IS YOUR OWN FOOD AND THERE ARE NO SNEAKY EXTRAS!! Also includes full use of all appliances and the Kitchen and it contents. Some places actually charge extra just to use the Kitchen!! Yea unbelievable but that's how it is in some places nowadays which really surprised me when I heard that! House is situated in a very quiet and safe street but is handily close to everything. Plenty of off street parking and there is some storage space available in the double garage. There is also a Deep freezer in the garage that has currently bugger all in it,so if you like to buy bulk foods then its available to use. I am a 53yr old male who is an Engineer by trade and also a Volunteer Firefighter of 20yrs plus and still going. The other flatty is in the building trade. We are both very laid back people and I am not home a lot due to my two jobs so you will find you will get the house to yourself a fair bit. I dont drink but dont mind if you do but please bear in mind this is not a party house. If you smoke thats fine but outside. Sorry no dogs but will consider a cat. Suit working person or student,the room is probably too small for a couple. If you are a gamer then the Fibre Internet will suit you perfectly. NOTE...There is no wardrobe in the room.
