Their work spans everything from high-profile infrastructure projects to innovative recycled concrete solutions distributed nationally to HVAC and plumbing industries. THE ROLE This role is for a hands-on, motivated and experienced production worker to join a team of seven. It is a physically demanding role that plays a key part in the daily production and operations. RESPONSIBILITIES * Work alongside a small team of production staff * Be able to operate all aspects of the production line, including batching machine, vibrating table, moulds, rollers and screeding * Ensure adherence to health, safety, and cleanliness standards * Maintain and clean machinery and factory equipment * Operate forklifts to move materials and load machines * Wrap, pack, and prepare pallets for dispatch * Use power tools for maintenance and production prep ABOUT YOU * Prior experience in a hands-on, physically demanding factory role * Experience in precast concrete is preferred but not essential * Forklift license (essential), plus drivers' license * Mechanically minded with machine maintenance experience * Physically fit and hands-on * Open to NZ & Australian citizens only - no visa sponsorship offered BENEFITS * Attractive pay rates + 12% superannuation * Regular team events and an inclusive, supportive culture * Career growth * Be part of a business embracing innovation and sustainable manufacturing * Great location within Brisbane, easy commute to CBD and surrounds We are interviewing now so please apply asap!
