Position 1: Experienced Glazier (Architectural Glazing) We are seeking a talented Frameless Glass Installer with a background in architectural glazing. Responsibilities: • Install architectural glass and glazing systems in high-end residential, commercial, and public spaces. • Interpret detailed plans and project specifications to ensure precision and accuracy. • Measure and fit custom glass for projects such as facades, skylights, glass doors, pool fences, glass floors, partitions, balustrades and much more. • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure seamless installation. • Lead and mentor junior staff and trainees, ensuring quality control and adherence to safety standards. As a Glazier Trainee, you will work closely with seasoned professionals, learning the ins and outs of high-end glass installation and gaining valuable experience in this specialized field. Responsibilities: • Assist experienced glaziers in the installation of glass for architectural projects, including custom glass doors, facades, partitions, balustrades, pool fences and more. • Learn to interpret architectural plans and technical specifications. • Support the team in cutting, fitting, and securing glass and glazing materials. • Assist in preparing job sites, tools, and materials for installations. • Understand and adhere to safety protocols at all times. What We’re Looking For: • A strong desire to learn and develop specialized skills in architectural glazing. • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. • Good physical stamina and the ability to handle glass and tools safely. • Basic math and measuring skills. • Good command of the English language • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites. • No prior glazing experience is required, but a background in construction or similar trades is a plus.
