About the role You will take ownership of civil design across subdivisions, earthworks, roading, and three waters. You will work closely with a sharp senior team, using Civil 12d daily, and you will help shape how the business grows as new projects land. Key responsibilities * Civil design and modeling in Civil 12d for major land development projects, * Coordinate with planners, surveyors, and contractors to keep delivery smooth, * Prepare reports and documentation to support consenting, * Contribute to project planning, problem solving, and client updates. What you will need * At least 3 years' experience using Civil 12d in a consultancy setting, * Strong understanding of subdivision design and local standards, * Confidence working on multi stage land development projects, * Clear communication skills and a proactive approach to delivery.
