We’ve got an exciting Data Engineer role just for you! In this position, you’ll get to you will design, build and maintain data solution that enable data driven decision-making across the business. Combining strong data engineering capabilities and advance data visualisation skills, develop scalable data pipeline and create insightful Power BI dashboards, making a real impact. The successful candidate will work on key responsibilities like: • Design, develop, and optimise data pipelines, lakes, and warehouses using Azure services, MS Fabric, and Medallion architecture. • Build and maintain interactive dashboards and dataflows in Power BI, translating complex datasets into actionable insights. • Develop robust codebases and scripts (Python, SQL, Java, DAX, Power Query) to support advanced analytics and automation. • Deploy low‑code solutions (e.g., Azure Logic Apps) to streamline workflows and integrate data seamlessly. • Ensure data platforms meet standards of scalability, reliability, security, and governance. • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align BI strategy with business objectives and deliver effective solutions. • Maintain clear documentation of data assets, standards, and processes to support transparency and knowledge sharing. • Stay current with emerging technologies, including ML/AI, to enhance analytical capabilities and solution offerings. Qualifications and Skills • Microsoft certifications in Azure Data Engineering, Power BI, and Data Fundamentals. • Knowledge of DevOps practices for data engineering. • Proven experience as a Data Engineer with expertise in Azure Data Services (Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse, Power BI). • Proficient in Microsoft Fabric, SQL, Python, Spark, DAX, Power Query, and Java. • Strong background in data modelling, ETL/ELT, cloud architecture, and advanced analytics. • Experience with machine learning, predictive modelling, and large-scale data mining. • Skilled in data visualization (Power BI, Excel) and low-code solutions (Azure Functions, Logic Apps).
