Location: Auckland | Full-time We're seeking a National Account Manager - Aftersales to take ownership of key national accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. In this pivotal senior leadership role, you'll manage proposals, contracts, and SLAs, while building strong relationships with clients and our dealer network. You'll work closely with senior leaders and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, resolve issues, and identify new business opportunities. What you'll do: * Collaborate with dealers and internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences. * Be the main point of contact for key national accounts. * Build trusted, long-term customer relationships. * Lead proposals, contracts, and SLA management, ensuring compliance and service excellence. * Monitor account performance and identify growth opportunities. * Track spend, resolve escalations, and drive continuous improvement.
