The Opportunity We are looking for a Senior Refrigeration Engineer to join our expert team and help drive the future of cooling technology. You’ll play a key role in servicing, improving and maintaining systems that use natural refrigerants such as CO₂ and ammonia. What You’ll Do • Service and maintain complex refrigeration systems. • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to our apprentice engineers • Work closely with clients to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions. • Champion the use of sustainable refrigerants and energy-efficient technologies. • Oversee commissioning, performance testing, and troubleshooting. What We’re Looking For • Significant hands-on experience with commercial and industrial refrigeration systems • Strong customer focus and leadership skills. • Relevant engineering qualification/trade certification. • Commitment to safe work practices and environmental responsibility. • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
