The pickup personnel will wait for passengers at Auckland Airport, with a waiting time of up to 2 hours after flight arrival. If the driver cannot be contacted within this period, the full service fee will be charged and no refund will be given.
2. **Check-in Time**: Check-in time is from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily. For check-ins between 7:01 PM and 6:59 AM, an additional fee of NZ $40.00 will apply. Please contact the Luau manager upon arrival at Auckland Airport.
3. **Check-out Time**: Check-out time is at 11:00 AM. Late check-outs will incur an additional charge of NZ $20.00.
