Yacon Plant- healthy sweetness Pb 8 /5litre bag

This listing is for a Yacon plant that I put in these Pb 8 bags last spring ,fully expecting to plant out a little later, that did not happen, now they are bursting out of the bags . They have multiple plants and even tubers with large rhizomes sprouting and growing, you will have to cut the bag to remove them They will give you a head start for this years crop Yacon tubers taste like water melon and nashi pear, with the same crunchy texture They store well because the tubers do not sprout, only the rhizomes do Yacon have many heath benefits esp for diabetics , they increase prebiotic bacteria- the core to our good health etc - sold as a heath syrup here Also some photos of plants that remained in sprouting bed - very late harvest.
