Open House Meditation: Exploring Your Topics 🔭

In this session you're welcome to bring along articles, topics, and excerpts from podcasts or books, and use them as a starting point for a collective discussion. If you’ve found something interesting that you think others would also benefit from connected to mindfulness, meditation or Dharma practice, bring it along. Everyone is welcome, either in person or online! 🕒 Time: Doors open at 7:15, and we start the session at 7:30 📍 Location: We meet in the Wellington Friends Centre at the end of Moncrieff Street, up the steps and in the room to the right. 🧘‍♀️ Guided Meditation: End the session with a soothing guided meditation that will help you center your thoughts. 🌱 Open Dialogue: Engage in a thought-provoking conversation and dialogue to share ideas that could leave you inspired for the rest of your week. 🤝 Community of Compassion: Connect with fellow participants over tea and biscuits who share an interest in mindfulness, personal growth, and making a positive impact. This is an opportunity to exchange ideas, experiences, and insights. 🌎 Together, we will explore how the teachings of Buddhism provide valuable insights into addressing contemporary challenges and nurturing empathy and understanding on a global scale.
