Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Plasterboard Installer & Plasterer with strong technical skills in all areas of drywall installation and finishing. The ideal candidate will take pride in precision work and be confident handling both standard and advanced drywall techniques. Key Responsibilities * Measure, cut, and install plasterboard sheets on walls and ceilings * Back block ceiling joints for extra strength and durability * Tape and finish internal and external corners using roller and glazer tools * Apply coats of compound, sand, and prepare surfaces for painting or finishing * Mark and guard electrical boxes, fittings, and service points before plastering * Patch, repair, and finish damaged drywall or plaster surfaces * Maintain accuracy, efficiency, and a clean work area * Work independently or as part of a team to meet deadlines Qualifications * Proven experience in drywall installation and plastering (4 years preferred) * Skilled in back blocking, cornices, corner taping with roller/glazer, and detailed finishing work * Familiar with tools, safety standards, and best practices in plasterboard finishing * Physically fit and capable of lifting/carrying sheets * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation What We Offer * Competitive pay (based on skills and experience) * Consistent work and opportunities for overtime * Supportive and safety-focused team environment * Room to grow with a reputable company
