**About the Role**
There is a strong need for formwork carpenters across maintenance works in wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, and generator facilities. These roles are immediate and involve working alongside concrete placers on-site. Individuals must be able to deliver efficiently and maintain productivity as deadlines are being pushed through.
**Duties will include**
* Carry out formwork construction, setting out, boxing and stripping for concrete works
* Work alongside concrete placers on-site to support pours and finishing
* Perform repairs and reinstatement works on existing structures (tanks, slabs, accessways)
* Assist with site preparation including measuring, cutting, cleaning and prepping formwork materials
* Ensure quality, accuracy, and productivity to meet tight maintenance deadlines
**Skills & Experience**
* 5-10 years formwork carpentry experience in civil or infrastructure projects
* Experience working around live infrastructure (pump stations, treatment plants)
* Strong understanding of formwork systems, setting out, boxing, and stripping concrete structures
* Understanding of H&S requirements in these environments
**Requirements**
* Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test
* Physically fit
* Site Safe or ConstructSafe
* Class 1 driver's licence and able to drive a manual vehicle (trucks)
