* Part time role - 15 hrs. week. * Night shift position - sole charge * Lovely Retirement Village environment in Henderson * Top hour rates, allowances and great staff benefits offered About the role We're looking for a Night Porter to work at our lovely Waitakere Gardens Village in Henderson. You will ensure a safe and secure environment in the village for our residents and respond to any emergencies that arise during your watch. You will also be responsible for general cleaning, security and completing related administration duties. This is a rewarding role where you make a difference to the lives of those who call Metlifecare home. This is a part-time role working 2 nights a week as follows: Thursday and Friday - 2300 to 0700 = 15hrs week + a 30-minute paid meal break per shift. Flexibility to pick up additional shifts if someone is away would be beneficial. Some of the great things you will be doing include: * Patrol the village site ensuring a safe environment for our residents * Answering emergency call outs and call for assistance from emergency services * Assist with night care needs of our residents * Provide direction as necessary to residents and visitors * Actioning administration duties and general cleaning on the premise About you?
