We’ve got an exciting Stores, Fleet & Equipment Coordinator role just for you! In this position, you’ll get to make a real impact. • Setting specifications, sourcing comparative quotes, adhering to financial approval processes. • Recommending and arranging purchase or lease of new and replacement lease vehicles. • Providing fleet inductions for staff receiving new or replacement vehicles. • Ensuring all trucks meet statutory regulations, COF, WOF, electrical testing, crane testing, etc. • Reporting monthly on utilisation, miscellaneous expenses, total cost of ownership, infringements etc. • Recommending safety and efficiency improvements to vehicle policies. • Understanding and implementing the company health and safety policy and taking reasonable care of own health and safety and the health and safety of others. Qualifications and Skills • Technical qualifications or similar with relevant fleet management experience. Thorough knowledge of commercial vehicles. Knowledge and understanding of statutory regulations and requirements for vehicle fleets. Sufficient technical knowledge to liaise with suppliers and service providers. Computer literacy. Relationship management. NZTA Certificate with knowledge of law and practice. Class 4 license is advantageous. Who are we?
