We are seeking an experienced Structural Steel Site Manager to oversee the on-site fabrication and installation of structural steel. The role involves managing teams, coordinating deliveries, ensuring quality and safety, and keeping projects on schedule and within budget. Key Responsibilities: • Plan, coordinate, and supervise all site activities for structural steel installation. • Manage and lead site teams. • Working with client design team • Assist estimating team • Installation methodology • Planning and and Scheduling • Monitor progress and ensure adherence to project schedules and milestones. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on site. • Review project drawings, specifications, and method statements to ensure accurate execution. • Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to resolve site issues. • Coordinate delivery and storage of steel materials, ensuring proper handling and protection. • Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure work meets specifications. • Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, site diaries, and other documentation. • Assist in cost control, including monitoring labor, materials, and subcontractor expenses. • Identify and mitigate risks associated with steel erection, lifting, and other site operations. Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or relevant trade qualifications. • Proven experience as a site manager or similar role in structural steel projects. • Strong knowledge of steel fabrication, erection techniques, and structural drawings. • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. • Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations (HSE). • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. • Proficient in project management and site reporting software.
