Key responsibilities: * Lead, coach and grow a team of Area Sales Managers (and expanding) * Drive sales strategy, execution and market share growth * Build a positive, high-performance team culture that celebrates success * Maintain strong relationships with customers and OEM partners * Partner with Marketing and Rentals to align strategy and ROI * Deliver sales forecasts, budgets and margin results with accuracy * Ensure team adherence to sales processes and CRM standards About You You're a resilient, energetic and driven leader who thrives in a fast-moving environment.
