Drainlayer Foreman – Lead with Confidence We’re on the hunt for an experienced and reliable Drainlayer Foreman to lead civil crews on key infrastructure projects. This is a leadership-focused role, ideal for someone who can manage people, deliver quality work, and keep the site running smoothly. What we’re looking for: Solid 3 Waters experience – sewer, stormwater, potable water Skilled in deep drainage, trenching, and working with shields Horizontal drilling experience is a bonus Proven ability to lead and manage a crew of 4–6 staff Strong focus on health & safety and quality control Confident reading plans, coordinating work, and managing site activity Great communicator and team leader In return, you’ll join a respected company with strong values, solid projects, and room to grow your leadership career.
