About the role As a Team Leader Underground Projects - Design and Planning, you will lead and inspire your multi-disciplinary team to deliver exceptional designs that are safe, to specification and timely. You will support your team by assigning the multi-disciplinary resources, tools and processes that drive successful delivery. While demonstrating strong leadership, your technical and regulatory understanding allows you to pitch in where needed for the team to achieve goals. You will need to proactively manage workflows and address problems quickly to ensure no bottlenecks or backlog. Collaboration with your wider team, across the business and other key stakeholders is essential to ensure everyone is aligned and working towards the shared goal of safe, high-quality designs and customer satisfaction.
