




* Inbound and Outbound call centre * Locally owned company with a great team to match * Christchurch central location with parking onsite Our client is looking for an experienced customer service representative to provide support and communication to their customers across New Zealand. Dealing with enquiries and assisting in the scheduling and optimisation of active and reactive workflow. For You: * Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm * Office based role with secure parking onsite * Inbound and Outbound calls * Great positive team environment * $27.00 per hour pending on experience Role: * Allocate jobs to the respective technicians and contractor. * Receive and identify customer needs * Update, maintain and communicate with clients * Portal use by transacting business needs for customers * Office Based Role - not a remote role Ideal candidate is someone who has the following skills: * Attention to detail is key * Analytical thinker * Good communication skills verbal and written * Process driven * People oriented * Microsoft office - Outlook, Excel and word Attention to detail is key for this position so please ensure you have spell checked your resume when you are ready to submit this across to us.
