Mo tenei turanga | About the opportunity As a People Solutions Consultant, you’ll help shape the experience of our people and support managers across the business. This is a dynamic role that combines HR expertise with collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational delivery. You’ll join one of three specialist teams: Pay, Leave, Policy: Provide advice and support on leave, pay, and policy, across both Individual and Collective Agreements. Contracts and Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, from preparing digital contracts to welcoming new starters. Rewards and OD: Guide remuneration, restructure support, and reporting, helping shape how we grow and evolve. Your day-to-day work will include: Responding to employee queries via phone and email Supporting complex cases and escalations Leading improvement projects Facilitating capability-building sessions for people leaders Coaching Advisors and balancing workloads within the team Collaborating across the business to improve processes and service You’ll work in a fast-paced environment where your ideas are welcomed, and your growth is supported. Whether you’re building on existing experience or exploring a new direction, there’s plenty of opportunity across the Co-op. Mou | About you You’re a people-focused problem solver with strong communication skills and a practical approach. You’ll have experience in HR, shared services, or similar fast-paced environments, and a solid understanding of employment legislation. Depending on the team you join, you might also bring: Rewards and OD: Experience working with remuneration, large datasets, and reporting. Contracts and Onboarding: A good understanding of employment contracts and confidence working across digital systems.
