40 hours per week $23.50 - $29.10 + House Leader Allowance Henderson, West Auckland Buscomb house is a mix of female and male residents between the ages of 37 - 70. This is a high needs house with 4 of the people we support using wheelchairs. Our support workers assist our residents with feeding, bathing and personal cares as they have both physical and intellectual disabilities. This is a very social group of people who love to dance and sing, go on picnics, van rides, exploring new places and most of all establish connections with people in the local community. Our House Leader role combines support work and engages, motivates a team of a support team in the home. Working and gaining guidance from your Service Coordinator you would be supervising to ensure and efficient and effective successful service to people we support in a community home.
