Supportive team culture with opportunities to grow 3 Waters Foreman Our client is looking for an experienced Working Foreman to lead crews delivering essential 3 Waters and civil infrastructure projects across Canterbury. This role suits someone who enjoys leading from the front, combining hands-on site work with day-to-day crew coordination. About the role: You’ll be responsible for supervising a small crew on water, wastewater, and stormwater projects, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. The role includes overseeing materials, plant, and labour, interpreting plans, maintaining productivity on site, and working closely with engineers and project managers. Experience in 3 Waters drainage will be a strong advantage.
