THE POSITION We’re excited to offer an opportunity for a motivated Apprentice Heavy Diesel Plant & Equipment Mechanic to join our well-established and supportive workshop team. This role is ideal for someone eager to build a long-term career, learn from experienced tradespeople, and take pride in delivering quality workmanship. What will set you up for success (advantageous but not essential): • Pre-trade qualification • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude or experience • Relevant hands-on work experience While our preference is a new-start apprentice, we’re open to considering apprentices at various stages of their training who are looking for the right team to grow with. In-person interviews are required. You’ll be someone who brings enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to learn. You’ll enjoy being part of a team, take ownership of your work, and be self-driven and motivated—above all, you’ll have pride in producing high-quality results every day. We have a varied fleet of Mack, Volvo and Hino trucks, alongside a fleet of Cat and Volvo loaders and diggers. The role would include both workshop and field service repair work.
