Ongoing training and development opportunities Stubbs Groundspreading 2025 Ltd is currently seeking an enthusiastic spreader operator, to join our team in a full-time, permanent role. Stubbs Groundspreading is a family owned business operating in Oxford. We specialise in the application of nutrients for our valued primary producers throughout the Waimakariri and surrounding districts. At Stubbs we pride ourselves on providing our clients with exceptional service, while providing a great working environment for our team. Attributes we are looking for: • Class 4 (ready to get class 5) or class 5, ideally with previous spreader experience. • Practically minded with good attention to detail • A desire to complete tasks to a very high standard • Strong work ethic and motivated with a focus on customer satisfaction • Commitment to Health and Safety • Ability to follow instructions and adapt if necessary • Willingness to learn new skills • A sense of humour! Our fleet is Spreadmark certified. • Ongoing training and development opportunities • A strong commitment to providing a work environment where employee welfare and health and safety are paramount • Hours: in the busy season, expect 50+ hours per week. In the off-season we support our staff by providing a 40hr/week retainer. While experience would be preferred, training and license assistance will be provided to the right candidate.
