This permanent, full-time position offers an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates to gain hands-on experience in the drainlaying / water installation trade. As a vital part of our operations, you will assist in various drainage and water installation projects. Responsibilities: - Assist experienced drainlayers / water installers in the installation of drainage / water systems - Carry out labouring and clean-up tasks - Operate basic hand tools and machinery. - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. - Support the team in achieving project deadlines and quality standards. - Learn and apply techniques for effective drainage and water installation towards achieving your qualification. Qualifications: - No formal qualifications required for a labourer; however, a willingness to learn is essential - Partially or nearly completed drain laying certificate or pipeline construction certificate for Apprentice. - Previous experience in construction or a related field is advantageous but not necessary. - Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions. - Good physical fitness and stamina for manual labour. - Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in construction.
