Growing on modern structures and utilising innovative technology and modern systems to enhance productivity and sustainability across the orchard. Are you organised, proactive and detail-orientated professional looking for a dynamic role within our thriving pipfruit industry? We are seeking an experienced Data Metrics & IFP Coordinator to join our Operation Team at our Torea orchard development. This is a diverse role that offers the opportunity to work across several key areas. Initially this role will involve assisting the onsite team with groundwork, fabrication and all duties related to greenfield orchard development, as the development stage transitions to orchard operations this role will evolve towards coordination, management of the Data Metrics and IFP portfolio. Key Responsibilies • Initially assist with orchard development operations and supervision of on-site labour staff; • Manage data collection and analysis to support orchard performance, efficiency, and decision-making. • Lead IFP and IPM programmes to improve sustainability, pest control, and fruit quality. • Train and support staff in data systems and IFP practices, promoting safety and performance. • Ensure compliance with Global GAP, health & safety, and industry regulations. • Coordinate with managers to align data and IFP activities with operational plans and development. • Oversee quality, risk, and equipment use, ensuring safe, efficient, and standards-based operations.
