Ongoing development and paid training opportunities * 2 x Full-time positions available * Consistent hours and regular days off * $24.35 - $29.54 per hour (depending on qualifications) About the role: Join our team as a full-time Support Staff member based in Kaiapoi where you'll play a vital role supporting people with a learning disability in a warm, home-like environment. You'll support them with everyday activities such as shopping, meal preparation, household chores, personal care, and community outings. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to build trusted relationships and provide compassionate, person-centred support tailored to each individual's needs. Note: Although Hawksbury is accredited to hire staff on an Accredited Employer Work Visa (AEWV), we do not have a Job Check for this position so cannot support applicant with the visa process. Ideally, you'll have an NZ Certificate in Health and Wellbeing Level 2 or equivalent along with: * A positive attitude to supporting people with learning disability. * A full New Zealand driver's licence (essential) * Great communication skills (written and verbal) What we can offer * Ongoing development opportunities.
