We predominantly work in the high end residential and medium scale commercial / industrial sector with projects throughout New Zealand. An employment opportunity is available for an Experienced Architectural Technician with proven technical experience and the right attitude for a Permanent Full or Part Time Position. (Hours and flexibility in schedule negotiable) For your application to be considered, you must have: - New Zealand Residency and a minimum of five years' experience in the New Zealand Construction Industry - Previous experience in high-end Residential Architecture and/or Commercial and Industrial builds. - The ability to work both independently and as part of our Rangiora based office. - Proficiency in ArchiCAD and the ability to produce working drawings for Building Consent and Construction purposes with minimal supervision. - Excellent technical drawing skills - Strong communication skills in dealing with council and on site construction instructions. - Experience with Procore / Project management software is a bonus.
