ANZCO Foods Canterbury, based at Ashburton, are looking for a full-time fixed-term Administration Support worker to provide parental leave cover. This position ideally starts in late September 2025 and ends at the beginning of May 2026. As an Administration Support worker you will report to the Administration Manager to provide administrative assistance as required. Duties and Responsibilities will include: * Assist with financial reporting and analysis * Invoicing and purchase order management * Capital expenditure management * Month end and general finance support * Coordinating meetings and communication * Office & administrative support Skills and Experience we are looking for: * Knowledge of accounts payable principles and practices * Strong computer literacy skills, and experience with Microsoft office * Strong eye for detail * Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with others at all levels in order to successfully achieve outcomes * Previous experience in a production environment would be an advantage We deliver taste, nutrition, and wellbeing to the world with products made from New Zealand finest beef and lamb.
