Reporting to the Site Finance and Integration Manager, you will combine front of house professionalism with varied administrative responsibilities in a collaborative team environment. Duties and Responsibilities will include: * Greet visitors and manage incoming calls with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency. * Maintain reception areas, meeting rooms, kitchens, and plants to a high standard, ensuring these areas are fully stocked. * Coordinate catering for meetings and visitors, including bookings, setup, and clearing. * Raise and receipt purchase orders and maintain accounts payable records and reporting. * Provide general administrative support to management and teams, including meeting minutes and evacuation procedures. * Oversee fleet administration, including servicing, warrant of fitness, registrations, and cleaning. Skills and Experience we are looking for: * At least one year reception and administration experience, preferably within the manufacturing industry. * Previous experience in a role where there was a requirement to prioritise workload to achieve outcomes. * Intermediate Microsoft application skills, with particular proficiency in Word and Excel. * Experience with accounts payable/receivable advantageous. * Previous experience where professionalism and maintaining confidentiality was an essential part of the role.
