We are looking for a motivated problem solver to join our family owned operation in Wanaka. The diverse role will include sourcing parts for our busy workshop that fixes everything from cars to trucks diggers and tractors. * Quote and order in 4x4 Accessories * Using our SAM computer system to input the parts and generate orders. * Dealing with our in house technicians and external customers to acquire the correct parts. * Monitor and maintain stock levels of the showroom and hydraulic room. * Creating and receiving purchase orders, ensuring correct parts supplied and arranging returns of incorrect orders * Take pride in your work and workplace, Maintain it in a tidy manor and help keep the flow of jobs moving. Parts is a crucial part of our day to day operation and allows us to maintain the flow in the workshop. Ideally you will have mechanical experience of some kind, this role includes ordering for a wide variety of agricultural equipment, heavy trucks and trailers as well as light vehicles so a good understanding of mechanics is required. Confidence working with computers is also key, as many of our suppliers are moving to online ordering systems. We are a busy workshop with light vehicle technicians, heavy truck bays, mobile agricultural mechanics and a popular Hydraulink franchise. A well organised admin team that can stay cool under pressure is crucial for keeping our customers and workshop happy. This role is full time, working 8am-5pm Monday-Friday. We have an annual shut down over the Christmas break and do not operate on public holidays or weekends which leaves lots of chances to enjoy all that Wanaka has to offer.
