Our ideal candidate will have the following: - Certified Drainlayer ticket / or be experienced in drainlaying/ or experienced with operating a range of diggers, bobcats, padfoot - i.e. on point with earthworks skills - Industry experience in Civil drainlaying or Civil earthworks - A Class 1 full license - A class 2 license with WTR licence is preferred but not essential - Physically fit - Able to work unsupervised - Able to set up job sites - Be able to instruct and support the less experienced members of the team - Read plans and identify steps to running job smoothly and execute them - Positive attitude, with the ability to be a team player -Commitment to safety -Willingness and ability to travel to different sites in Whangarei area as required - undertake drug and pre employment testing It is an exciting time to be part of the team, with continued growth, improvements and awesome success stories happening all over the show!
